Our stay was quite disappointing, as the hotel did not live up to the five-star rating advertised. While the rooms were clean, they lacked air conditioning, making it hard to sleep on warmer nights. The absence of a pool and the uninviting gym were notable downsides. On the other hand, the location was great and the rooms were well-furnished, though the high deposits charged on arrival were frustrating.
